At Opera Patisserie our goal is to provide your guests with outstanding desserts that compliment your high standards for quality. We provide a variety of products to suit your needs, from individual desserts to create your own plated masterpiece, to minis, large cakes, and half sheets for your buffets and banquets.
Our desserts arrive frozen to maintain quality, provide flexibility of service and eliminate waste. Half sheet desserts can be cut to meet your budget and yield requirements. Cuts can range from 20 to 60 portions, rectangles or squares.
